Cosmetics and Aesthetics: Ears

Otoplasty

Otoplasty is the surgical reshaping of the external ear. This can be performed for a variety of undesired appearances, but most commonly performed for prominent ears, also called prominauris, or poorly defined cartilage folds in the ear structure. Various techniques are used in otoplasty to achieve your desired results based on the specific area of concern. This can either be done in either a clinic or outpatient surgical setting. Children over the age of 5-6 can be candidates for otoplasty as well after meeting certain criteria. Schedule your consultation today to discuss further.

Earlobe Repair

Reasons for earlobe repair can vary, from injuries caused by snagged earrings, chronic dilation from ear gauges, or just elongation from time and chronic earring use. This is an outpatient surgical procedure that can be performed in the clinic or in a surgical setting.
